Product Lab

Products are how I test ideas against real use.

The portfolio spans consumer AI, mobility, schools, churches, estates, property, hospitality and community operations. Each product is labelled by its actual maturity, with live links shown only where a working deployment exists.

A portfolio built around recurring human and operational problems.

Some products are live, some are active builds and others are carefully developed concepts. Together, they show how I move from problem discovery and market context through workflows, architecture, interface design and implementation.

How the lab works

Broad ideas, disciplined presentation.

The portfolio is intentionally transparent about maturity. A working prototype is not described as a scaled business, and a developed concept is still valuable when the problem, architecture and product logic are clear.

01 / Problem

Start with recurring pain.

Each product begins with a problem experienced repeatedly by a recognisable group of users.

02 / System

Design the operating model.

The product is shaped around workflows, roles, data, controls and incentives, not only interface screens.

03 / Evidence

Show maturity honestly.

Live, prototype, MVP, product build and concept labels make the state of each product immediately clear.

Building something that needs both product thinking and systems depth?

Tell me about the users, the operating problem and what a successful product would change.
