The challenge

Making enterprise data useful across a distributed public institution.

The implementation had to support nationwide tax administration across all 36 states while processing more than 12 billion records from enterprise processes managed in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

The work required more than dashboard design. It involved understanding business processes, modelling data correctly, defining measures and building reports that could be used consistently across a very large operating environment.

My contribution

Translating enterprise processes into trusted reporting.

I worked on data models, Power Query transformations, DAX measures and report structures that turned Dynamics 365 data into usable management information. I also supported the alignment of reporting outputs with business requirements and user expectations.

I trained 120 developers, data scientists and data analysts supporting the implementation. The engagement combined technical delivery with requirements analysis, stakeholder coordination and knowledge transfer for a nationwide reporting environment.

Outcome

A shared reporting foundation designed for more than 14,000 users.

The implementation established a consistent reporting layer across all 36 states, processing more than 12 billion records and designed for more than 14,000 tax-administration users.

The 120 figure refers specifically to the developers, data scientists and data analysts trained to support delivery - not the total population intended to use the solution.
